Return and Exchange Policy:

To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience at Shop Athletics Gear, we are pleased to offer returns and exchanges. You may exchange or return the item(s) ordered only if they are unworn and in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange (less shipping costs). All returns must have the original packaging. If you would like us to provide a return shipping label, the cost of that label will be deducted from the return value. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable restocking fee if products are returned without packaging or damaged/used products. All exchanges in the United States are processed and sent out immediately with no shipping costs added to your original order. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to get the products back to us for exchanges and returns.

International customers will be liable for all shipping costs associated with Returns / Exchanges outside of the United States. This includes shipping the items back to us and the shipping fees for us to send out the new products.

We do not assume responsibility for misdirected, lost or damaged return or exchange shipments. Shipments must be returned via USPS or DHL with tracking information.

Product Guarantee:

We strongly stand behind our products and guarantee the quality. We will replace any defective products at no cost to you. However, we MUST receive email notification within 7 days of receiving the product with a photo of the defect and we'll work with you individually to resolve the issue.
